Shipping and Delivery

We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 10-20 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s postal service website or our Tracking Page

Wrong address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a 3-hour window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. If you have any further questions on how to do this, please reach out to our customer support team.

I received an incorrect item.

1、Please contact us by telling us the order number and the details you received.
2、Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
3、Once Customer Service confirms an item is incorrect, we will either refund you or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). Tomtop will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee once when we receive it.

What is the difference between RGB and RGBIC strip lights?

RGBIC strip lights are equipped with multiple IC chips, which allow multiple colors to display simultaneously on a single strip. RGB strip lights are single-colored.

How do I install the strip lights using the adhesive?

1. Ensure that you remove the protective paper layer from the strip lights slowly.

2. Use a dust-free cloth to clean the installation surface of dust and oil residue.

3. Install the strip lights to the dry, clean surface.

4. Do not touch the adhesive with your fingers. Press down on the strip for 10-30 seconds after sticking it.

5. The ideal operating temperature range for the strip lights is -20° to 40°C (-68° to 104°F).

If the installation temperature is less than 10°C, please use a hairdryer to heat the glue then stick the strip lights.

Can the strip lights be used outdoors?

We have waterproof and non-waterproof LED strip lights. However, the power adapter is not waterproof.

Please refer to the product specs or selling page to determine if your lights are resistant to water. It is recommended to use waterproof strip lights under eaves.

Why is my remote not working/controlling the strip lights?

1. Make sure the battery is installed when you use the remote.

2. The remote should point at the black IR receiver on the control box.
